More About Me

Guess who is a native Marshallite, taught at Marshall High School for 20 years and has been selling Marshall and the surrounding area for 27+ years:

DIANE SEAL, THAT'S WHO!!!!!!!

Marshall was a great place for me to grow up as well as my husband and me to raise our two sons.  I enjoyed a 20 year teaching career at Marshall High School so I can use my knowledge as an educator and parent which is often helpful to prospective buyers and sellers. Having a degree in home economics made the transition into real estate a great fit. My PASSION (right there with my 6 grandchildren) is helping people with their real estate needs whether just moving into the area or moving to a different home.

I have been a multi million dollar producer for 27 years selling over 220 million dollars in real estate which equates to 1600+ real estate transactions.  I have been the company wide Top Producer (which includes 4 offices) 3 times and have been in the top 1% to 2% in sales nationwide my entire career.  I love representing Marshall as "Hometown Best" or Runner Up every year for my entire career.

I love being involved in First Methodist Church as well as serving as Past President for the Marshall Alumni Association, Harrison County Aggie Moms, and the Marshall Education Foundation.  I serve on the Hallsville ISD Career and Technology Advisory Board and have served on various committees for the Marshall ISD.  I helped co found a local breast cancer assistance group called A Touch of Pink where we offer assistance to women and men with financial assistance and mammograms.

Marshall has something for everyone!!! I look forward to putting my knowledge and experience to work for you and find you the house that will most definitely become YOUR HOME!!!
